Katja Anette Brandt appointed CEO of dentsu Germany & Media Practice Lead - Central Europe

Katja Anette Brandt has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of dentsu Germany & Media Practice Lead, Central Europe. In her new role, she will report to Sławomir Stępniewski, CEO of Dentsu Central Europe, and will join the Central Europe Executive Team.
Effective September 1, 2025, she will assume responsibility for all business in Germany and also assume the additional role of Media Practice Lead for Central Europe.

With over 30 years of experience in the marketing and media agency business, Katja Brandt brings extensive expertise as an entrepreneurial leader and proven change agent. With a keen entrepreneurial flair and the conviction that high-performing teams are the key to success, she has achieved sustained success in a wide variety of industries. Her career includes positions at Benckiser, Europcar, Volkswagen AG, Publicis Media (Optimedia), dentsu (Vizeum Group), and most recently, eight impactful years at Mindshare DACH.
