Kapilesh Prakash has been appointed as Head - Ad Sales (LCS), Digital at Sony LIV. He joins the company from JioHotstar where he served as Sr. Vice President - Entertainment Ad Sales.

Kapilesh Prakash is a seasoned revenue transformation leader with over 20 years of experience building and scaling advertising businesses across OTT, digital media, and television ecosystems. His expertise lies at the intersection of content, monetization, and technology - spanning programmatic advertising, branded content, strategic partnerships, and yielding optimization.
In his previous stints, he has worked with Viacom18 Media Private Limited, Sony Pictures Networks India, IMG Reliance, ZEEL, ESPN Star Sports, among others.
