As part of internal movements at CyberMedia, Krishna Kumar has moved out of ‘Dare’, a magazine for entrepreneurs, as Group Editor after a stint of nearly three years. Kumar has been shifted to a new role in the Web 2.0 content platform, wherein he is now Senior Vice President Special Projects, CyberMedia.

Internal movements at CyberMedia: Krishna Kumar moves out of Dare for new role

As part of internal movements at CyberMedia, Krishna Kumar has moved out of ‘Dare’, a magazine for entrepreneurs, as Group Editor after a stint of nearly three years. Kumar has been shifted to a new role in the Web 2.0 content platform, wherein he will be looking after online and mobile content. Kumar is now Senior Vice President Special Projects at CyberMedia, in addition to this, he continues to be CIO, CyberMedia.

These developments have taken place beginning May 1, 2010. It is also learnt that Prashanth Hebbar has taken over Kumar’s role in ‘Dare’, which is another in-house movement. When contacted, both Kumar and Pradeep Gupta, Chairman, CyberMedia, confirmed this development to exchange4media.

Krishna Kumar had joined CyberMedia in 1996 after stints at the National Dairy Development Board and Venkateshwara Hatcheries Ltd, where he was involved in project management and corporate strategy functions.
