- In her role, she aims to enhance the company's growth by expanding its market reach, improving sales and operations, and focusing on customer experience through data-driven decision-making.
- Vijay Yadav, Managing Director of HPTL, expressed confidence in Dr. Mishra's ability to balance strategic vision with execution, emphasizing her experience will be crucial for the company's expansion.
HP Telecom India Limited (HPTL) has announced the appointment of Dr. Garima Mishra as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective October 21. She will lead the company’s strategy, operations and growth agenda as it enters its next phase of expansion.
Dr. Mishra is a veteran-turned-business leader with more than 15 years of experience across defence, consumer goods and technology distribution. She began her career as an engineer in the Indian Air Force, serving for a decade in technical and operational roles. She then moved into corporate leadership, holding senior sales and commercial positions at Diageo and Pernod Ricard before leading the Apple business at Redington.
At HP Telecom, Dr. Mishra will focus on accelerating the company’s growth by expanding its reach and deepening relationships with brand partners, customers and channel partners. She will strengthen sales and operations through better processes, data-driven decision-making and a sharper focus on customer experience.
