Ruchita Sharma has joined Xiaomi India as Senior Media Marketing Manager.
She will be leading media and growth marketing strategy across Xiaomi, Redmi, and POCO product lines.
Sharma will be in charge of annual planning, campaign architecture, agency coordination, and cross-functional alignment with Product, GTM, Retail, Sales, and Finance.
Sharma was earlier with EssenceMediacom India as Group Head, Media Planning and Strategy.
She has also been associated with dentsu International earlier in her career.
