Rajiv Memani, Chairman and CEO of EY India, has been named the President of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for the 2025–26 term, as per media reports. He succeeds Sanjiv Puri, the Chairman and Managing Director of ITC Ltd.

Before rising to the top leadership at EY India, Memani played a key role in building the firm’s Corporate Finance practice—now known as Strategy and Transactions—into a market leader. He previously served as CII’s President-Designate for 2024–25 and was Vice President for 2023–24.

Beyond his corporate and policy work, he is deeply involved in education and social initiatives. Memani serves as the President of the Board at Him Jyoti School, which focuses on educating underprivileged girls in Uttarakhand. He is also a board member of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Sirmaur, and sits on the governing council of KREA University.
