TK Arun has been appointed Editor of Economic and Political Weekly.
Arun announced the development in a post on LinkedIn, saying he will step back from public commentary under his byline and instead express his views through the journal’s editorials and commentary.
He also highlighted that the Engage section of Economic and Political Weekly remains open to all readers.
Arun is a veteran columnist and has previously been associated with publications including The Economic Times and The Observer of Business and Politics. He has also worked extensively as an opinion writer and columnist, focusing on economic policy, politics and global affairs.
