Disney has appointed Joss Hastings as Senior Vice President, Marketing, Disney Consumer Products (DCP), as the organisation brings its Consumer Products business under Disney Entertainment – Studios.
Hastings will report jointly to Asad Ayaz, Chief Marketing Officer, Disney, and Lisa Baldzicki, President, Disney Consumer Products.
Hastings will lead global marketing for the DCP business, with a mandate to drive growth, strengthen Disney's brands and deepen consumer engagement. She will work closely with the company's franchise, studio and business partners.
A 20-year Disney veteran, Hastings has earlier held roles across consumer products, digital, music, parks and gaming.
