Criteo has confirmed to exchange4media that Medhavi Singh, its Country Head for India, will move on in early October after nine years with the commerce media company.

Singh is leaving Criteo to pursue a new opportunity, the company said in response to a query sent by e4m.

During the transition, Szi-Wei Lo, Executive Managing Director, APAC, will oversee the India business, with responsibility for ensuring continuity across clients, partners and internal teams.

“After nine years with Criteo, Medhavi Singh has decided to leave the company to pursue a new opportunity, effective early October. We are grateful for Medhavi’s leadership and significant contribution to the growth of our India business over the years, and wish her every success in her next chapter,” Criteo said.

The company added that Lo will oversee the India business during the transition.

Singh has held a series of leadership roles at Criteo over the course of her nine-year stint with the company, eventually taking charge of its India operations.

As Country Head, she has been closely involved in Criteo’s growth in the Indian market, particularly as the company expanded its focus from performance advertising into commerce media, retail media and broader advertising solutions.

Before joining Criteo, Singh worked with Google across account strategy and analytical roles.

Criteo has not yet announced a permanent successor for the India Country Head role.
