The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has decided to extend the last dates for submission of written comments and counter-comments on the Consultation Paper on the Terms and Conditions of Network Authorisations.
The last dates for submission of written comments and counter-comments have been extended up to November 19 and November 26, respectively.
The Consultation Paper on the Terms and Conditions of Network Authorisations to be granted under the Telecommunications Act, 2023, was released on October 22.
Meanwhile, last week, TRAI released a framework for service authorisations for the provision of broadcasting services under the Telecommunications Act, 2023.
The paper is aimed at establishing a new framework for service authorizations related to broadcasting services.
