Sandeep Jain is the Network Head for Content Commercial, where he directs critical functions, including negotiations of production contracts for TV and Digital, content acquisition, sports production, rights management, music licensing, and compliance with processes and policies. His role also spans management of production infrastructure and industry stakeholders’ relationships. His team is distributed across entertainment, sports, studio, digital and international businesses.

With 28 years of industry experience, Sandeep has held senior positions at prominent companies, including Prime Focus Ltd, Balaji Telefilms Ltd, and SET Discovery, among others. Known for his exceptional negotiation skills and strategic acumen, he has played key role in introducing new initiatives in TV serial production. At Disney Star, he led the seamless expansion of the Content Studio’s commercial support and facilitated India’s first transition to HD production technology, establishing a new standard for the industry.

A highly outcome-driven leader, Sandeep is respected for his ability to navigate challenges independently and maintain strong market connections.
