Republic Bangla has announced a major leadership reshuffle within its editorial team, appointing Swarnali Sarkar and Subhrangshu Chatterjee as Executive Editors with immediate effect.
According to the company, the two senior journalists will jointly lead the channel's entire editorial operations. They will oversee the newsroom, reporters, anchors, guest relations, digital teams, and all other editorial functions and related projects.
The company said Sarkar and Chatterjee have played a significant role in Republic Bangla's growth and success. In their new roles, they will work together to further strengthen editorial standards, improve collaboration across teams, and help drive the channel's next phase of growth.
