MM TV posts operating income of Rs 71 crore in HIFY20

Malayala Manorama’s MM TV Limited has posted an operating income of Rs 71 crore till H1FY20, as per media reports.
The broadcaster has said that the Kerala floods had impacted the advertisement revenue of the company during Onam.
MMTV has registered a net loss of Rs 5.84 crore in FY19.
The total operating income has fallen by around 9% YoY to Rs 127.65 crore, the company said.
The Profit Before Interest Lease Depreciation and tax (PBILDT) has dropped to Rs 20.15 crore due to increase in employee cost.
