Colors retains lead in Urban market, Zee Anmol leads rural and overall market: BARC Week 25

Zee Anmol witnessed a fall in ratings in both rural and overall market from week 24 whereas Colors in urban market strengthen its position with a rise in ratings

Zee Anmol continues to lead the overall market but witnessed a fall by recording 745 million impressions as against 772 million Impressions in week 24. It is followed by Sony Pal on second position with 599 impressions. Zee TV on third slot registered 572 million impressions, as per week 25 ratings of Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) India.

In top five programmes, Naagin 3 continued to led the chart and garnered first position with 14.559 million impressions followed by Zee TV's Kundali Bhagya on second spot with 12.297 million impressions while Zee TV’s Kumkum Bhagya stood on number three with 11.382 million impressions. Zee Anmol’s Kumkum Bhagya bagged the fourth spot with 10.443 million impressions. Colors' another show, Dance Deewane maintained its fifth slot with 8.913 million impressions.

Hindi GEC Urban

In urban market, Colors continues to lead the market with 385 million impressions followed by Zee TV on second slot with 350 million impressions and Star Plus on third position with 326 million impressions. Star Bharat and Sab TV bagged fourth and fifth slots with 276 million and 274 million impressions, respectively.

Colors’ Naagin 3 continued to lead the top five programmes list and bagged first spot in week 25. The show recorded 9.64 million impressions. Zee TV's two shows Kundali Bhagya and Kumkum Bhagya grabbed second and third spots with 7.28 and 6.89 million impressions. Colors’ Dance Deewane stood at number four with 6.25 million impressions and Star Plus’ Kulfi Kumar Bajewala was on fifth with 6.01 million impressions. 
Hindi GEC Rural

Zee Anmol continued to lead the rural market with 570 million impressions followed by Sony Pal on second slot with 419 million impressions and Rishtey was on the third spot with 349 million impressions (000s). Star Utsav and Star Bharat stood on the fourth and fifth slots with 342 million impressions and 291 million impressions respectively.

Zee Anmol’s Kumkum Bhagya bagged the first spot with 8.25 million impressions, followed by Mahek on number two with 6.30 million impressions. Sony Pal’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma stood at number three with 5.70 million impressions and Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya stood on fourth spot with 5.01 million impressions. Colors’ Naagin 3 fell on fifth position with 4.91 million impressions.
