BAG Films allots 2 crore warrants to promoter group

B.A.G. Films and Media Limited, the company that owns the Hindi news channel News24, has allotted 2,00,00,000 (2 crore) warrants to its promoter group.
The decision was taken at the company’s Securities Committee meeting held on 19 March 2026.
All the warrants have been issued to Skyline Tele Media Services Limited, which is part of the promoter group.
Each warrant has been priced at Rs 8.25, making the total size of the transaction approximately Rs 16.50 crore. The company has already received 25 percent of the total amount, which is around Rs 4.12 crore.
These warrants can later be converted into equity shares. Each warrant will be convertible into one equity share with a face value of Rs 2. The remaining 75 percent of the payment must be made within 18 months.
At present, the issuance of these warrants does not result in any change to the company’s share capital.
