Former Editor of Femina, Vimla Patil, has passed away. She was 91.
Vimla Patil joined Femina when the magazine was launched in 1959.
She was also part of the team that initiated the Miss India shows.
Patil was the Editor of Femina from 1959 to 1993.
Apart from curating a cookery book, she was also contributing to columns and wrote on women-centric and social issues.
Members of the media fraternity shared their tributes on social media.
