With eye on New Year resolutions, Protinex kicks off #MakeItAHabit campaign
Supplement brand releases satirical video; promises to be everyone's nutrition partner in quest for good health

New Year resolutions are more often made than kept. This week, many of us will make ambitious, sweeping resolutions and in less than a month our collective amnesia will set in. There may be reasons galore but one may want to consider sticking to what he or she has resolved for the year ahead.
To make New Year Resolution stories a lot different this year, Protinex, India’s leading nutritional supplement brand, kicked off the #MakeItAHabit campaign as it promises to become the nutrition partner in every person’s quest for good health.
Clearly, most resolutions that don’t become a habit are related to health and well-being and this could be due to our poor muscle health. Studies have proven that 71% Indians have Poor Muscle Health. Protein inadequacy could be the primary reason why our morning runs fall flat in a week and we are not up for our aerobics class in less than two weeks into the new year.
As part of the campaign, Protinex has released a satirical video which brings alive the #MakeItAHabit message in a highly engaging and entertaining manner.
Studies also show that it takes 21 days to make a habit. Hence, along with the campaign video, Protinex has activated the #MakeItAHabit Challenge where everyone needs to upload one physical activity for the next 21 days on their social media handles. With only few days into the campaign, the challenge has received an overwhelming response from the audience.
