Vecton AI, an AI transformation partner focused on financial institutions, has raised ₹6 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by Zeropearl VC. The round also saw participation from several prominent startup founders and operators.

The fresh capital will be used to accelerate the development of Vecton's enterprise-ready AI solutions. The company will also strengthen its Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) model to work closely with financial institutions in discovering, designing and deploying AI systems that solve critical business challenges in real world environments. In addition, Vecton plans to deepen its presence across the banking, financial services, and insurance sector, where demand for compliant AI solutions continues to grow as institutions modernize operations, improve customer experiences, and enhance decision making.

Founded by BITS Pilani alumni Himanshu Goyal and Gaurav Mandlecha, Vecton AI was established to address one of the biggest challenges facing enterprise AI adoption today, the gap between experimentation and real-world implementation. While many organizations have invested heavily in AI initiatives, a large number of projects remain confined to pilot stages due to integration, scalability, governance, and compliance challenges. Vecton works alongside enterprise teams to identify high impact business problems, build custom AI solutions, and deploy them in live production environments where they can deliver measurable business value.

Its Forward Deployed Engineer model places AI engineers alongside customer teams throughout the implementation journey, ensuring every solution is aligned with business priorities, operational requirements, and long-term enterprise goals. This approach enables organizations to move beyond proof of concepts and adopt AI with greater confidence and speed.

Commenting on the funding, Gaurav Mandlecha, Co-founder of Vecton AI, said, "Our engagements start with the business problem, not the technology. Our engineers work alongside the customer's team on their actual problem statements, and build AI solutions that are compliant and hold up in production. That's what changes outcomes inside a financial institution, and this funding enables us to transform more clients."

Bipin Shah, Managing Partner, Zeropearl VC, said, "Financial institutions are looking for AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes rather than just promising possibilities. Vecton AI stood out for its practical, execution focused approach and the founders' deep understanding of the BFSI ecosystem. We are pleased to partner with Himanshu, Gaurav, and the team as they build an AI-native company focused on helping enterprises deploy AI with confidence and create lasting business value."

Today, Vecton works exclusively with mid-market and enterprise financial institutions and is already engaged with 10 customers, including several publicly listed companies. Its AI solutions are already running in live production environments, enabling organizations to improve operational efficiency and generate measurable business outcomes instead of limiting AI initiatives to experimental projects.

As enterprises increasingly shift their focus from AI experimentation to enterprise-wide adoption, Vecton AI aims to become a trusted transformation partner for financial institutions by delivering responsible, scalable, and business driven AI solutions that create measurable value in production.
