Neo Sports was followed by Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL), followed by National Geographic Channel (NGC). The ceremony saw a total of 32 metals presented to the winners.

Neo Sports Broadcast Pvt Ltd stole the show at the Promax|BDA India 2008 awards ceremony, walking away with 11 metals, of which four were Golds. Neo Sports was followed by Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL), followed by National Geographic Channel (NGC). The ceremony saw a total of 32 metals presented to the winners.

Promax|BDA India 2007 awards ceremony saw NEO Sports Broadcast Pvt Ltd walk away with 11 metals, which comprised four Gold’s. The ceremony saw a total of 32 metals presented to the winners. The second position was taken by Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) and National Geographic Channel (NGC). But on the counts of gold, ZEEL scored the maximum with four metals.

In addition to the four Golds, Neo Sports also bagged seven Silvers. The channel bagged the maximum metals for its promos titled ‘Tension’, ‘Gas’ and ‘Rusty Nail’ under categories like ‘Best Sports Promo’, ‘Best Sound Design’, ‘Best Script’ and ‘Best Animation’.

ZEEL and NGC Network bagged seven metals each under different categories. ZEEL bagged four Golds in categories like ‘Best Children’s Programme Promo’, ‘Best Holiday/ Seasonal/ Special Event promo’, ‘Best Print Ad’ and ‘Best Original Logo Design’ for ICL.

NGC Network bagged three Golds in categories like ‘Best Documentary Promo’, ‘Best Public Service Announcement’ and ‘Best Collateral Material’. Filmy, too, won three Golds in the categories ‘Best Print Campaign’, ‘Best Multi-media campaign’ and ‘Best Editing in a Promo’. Filmy’s total tally was four metals.

Multi Screen Media (earlier Sony), which stole the show last year, had to contend with six metals this year, including two Golds in the categories ‘Best Drama’ and ‘Best Comedy Promo’.

MTV bagged Golds in the categories ‘Best Infotainment Promo’ and ‘Funniest Spot’. The Cell won a total of four metals, of which two were Golds in the categories ‘Best Sales and Marketing Presentation’ and ‘Best News/Current Affairs Promo’. INX Media bagged a total of four metals, including a Gold in the ‘Best On-Air Channel Branding’ category.

Other winners included Vh1, which bagged five metals, including three Gold in the categories ‘Best Out-Of-House Station Image Promo’, ‘Best Entertainment Promo’ and ‘Best Programme Packaging’. Star India bagged two Gold in the categories ‘Best Promotional Campaign’ and ‘Best Programmes Title Sequence’. GenX Entertainment (Bindass) won two Gold in the categories ‘Best Launch Campaign’ and ‘Best On-Air Channel Identity’. Times Global Broadcasting also bagged two Golds in the categories ‘Best Interactive Promo and ‘Something for Nothing’.

ESPN bagged won one Gold for ‘Best Out-Of-House Station Image Promo’, while UTV ETL (World Movies) bagged one Gold in the ‘Best Movie Promo’ category.
