Mondelez International is considering acquiring US chocolate maker Hershey Co, as per media reports.
This is the second instance of Mondelez making a bid to acquire Hershey Co.
As per a Bloomberg report, Mondelez has made a preliminary approach and that the talks are in the early stages.
If the deal is sealed, Mondelez will gain a strong presence in the US chocolate market by building on Hershey's brand image.
