Sunita Rajan, Managing Director, APAC Media Sales & Marketing at Bloomberg Media, has joined the esteemed jury panel for the upcoming e4m Revenue Leaders 40under40 Awards. The prestigious awards honours young professionals under the age of 40 who have shown remarkable expertise in driving business growth and shaping the future of media and marketing. The inaugural edition of the awards is set to be held in February 2025. Rajan’s inclusion in the jury board brings immense value to the selection process, as she offers a wealth of industry experience and expertise.

With her strong background in media and marketing, Rajan will bring a fresh perspective that enhances the evaluation of young talent. Her keen insights into revenue growth, strategy development, and industry trends will help ensure that the most deserving individuals are recognised and honoured.

The jury chair of the inaugural edition will be Prasanth Kumar, CEO - South Asia, GroupM and Dr. Annurag Batra, Chairman and Editor-in-Chief, BW BusinessWorld & Founder, exchange4media.

In her current role as Managing Director, of APAC Media Sales & Marketing at Bloomberg Media, Sunita Rajan is responsible for advertising revenues and client marketing across Bloomberg Media’s trusted global platforms including all Bloomberg Media’s digital products, Bloomberg Television, Bloomberg TV+, Bloomberg Radio, Bloomberg LIVE events, print products such as Bloomberg Green and Bloomberg Businessweek and the newly launched streaming news network Bloomberg Quicktake.

Based in Singapore, Rajan oversees Bloomberg Media’s regional sales and marketing organisations driving cross-platform initiatives as well as leading the expansion of Bloomberg Media’s strategic marketing services offerings. She plays an integral role in identifying new opportunities for growth and engagement to connect clients with Bloomberg Media’s influential audience of business decision-makers and modern leaders. 

Sunita Rajan is an industry veteran with more than two decades of experience. Before joining Bloomberg, she spent five years as Senior Vice President of Advertising Sales for CNNI Commercial, where she oversaw strategic relationships and brand partnerships, leading teams in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, New Delhi and Mumbai to develop innovative commercial propositions and drive revenue growth. Prior to CNNI Commercial, Rajan was the Executive Vice President of Advertising Sales in Asia for BBC Worldwide Asia for over 16 years.
