Kapil Sharma has been with Amazon for over 12 years. He has spearheaded strategic initiatives that harness data-driven insights and leverage Amazon’s expansive platform to drive measurable business growth. Kapil Sharma is a seasoned professional with 19 years of experience in creating and leading high-growth businesses. At Amazon, he had held multiple responsibilities to enable growth of business including P&L responsibility. Sharma is part of the core team that launched Amazon ads in India and led massive scale and adoption, product, ad operations and marketing.

At present, Sharma leads the Amazon ads business for Growth advertisers (Medium and small advertisers including sellers). Kapil Sharma is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta and IIT Madras.
