Dhruv Dhawan, Head of Ads, Disney+ Hotstar, has joined the esteemed jury board of e4m Revenue Leaders 40under40 Awards. The awards aim to celebrate and honour 40 accomplished professionals under the age of 40, who have demonstrated excellence in driving revenue growth, innovation, and leadership in their organisations. The inaugural edition of the prestigious awards will be held in February 2025.

At Disney+ Hotstar, Dhawan has played a key role in shaping the platform’s ad strategy, leveraging innovative solutions and data-driven insights to enhance audience engagement and maximise revenue. His extensive knowledge and strategic vision will be invaluable in evaluating candidates who are reshaping revenue models across sectors. He is responsible for delivering ad revenue for Disney+ Hotstar which includes Sales, Agency Partnerships, Strategy, Measurement & Ad Tech Solutions, Creative Works as well as Ad Operations.

Dhruv comes with over 20 years of experience in Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Business consulting across Google, Accenture Consulting and Airtel. He has worked at Airtel in multiple roles in Sales and marketing, spend a few years with Accenture in Management Consulting and in the last 8.5 years at Google worked across multiple industries mainly telecom, financial services, CPG, auto, e-commerce and retail helping firms build their digital strategies and grow their digital and offline businesses. 

He holds an MBA from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and an engineering degree from Pune University.
