Deepali Naair, Group Chief Marketing Officer at CK Birla Group, has joined the esteemed jury panel of the e4m Revenue Leaders 40under40 Awards. With over two decades of experience in sales, marketing, ecommerce and managing P&L, Naair has held leadership business positions with eminent consumer brands. Naair’s experience with diverse industry sectors, from technology to finance and consumer services, will allow her to bring a unique perspective to the jury board.

The e4m Revenue Leaders 40under40 Awards will honour and celebrate 40 young and accomplished professionals under the age of 40, who have demonstrated excellence in driving revenue growth and leadership in their organisations. The inaugural edition of the prestigious awards will be held in February 2025.

Deepali Naair holds the role of Group CMO for CK Birla Group since March 2023. Before this, she was the Director of Digital Sales, Bengaluru Digital Sales Centre for IBM. She is also the Digital Sales Centre Growth Leader for JAPAC at IBM. In the past she has served as CMO for IBM in India & South Asia. Before IBM, she led Marketing and Digital at IIFL Wealth Group of Companies. She was also a non-executive member of the Board at IIFL Wealth Finance.

In financial services, Deepali Naair has held leadership positions with L&T Insurance & HSBC. She has also worked with Tata Motors, BPL Mobile, Draft FCB-Ulka and was also the Marketing Manager for Saffola and Mediker at Marico. She headed Products and Marketing at HSBC Global Asset Management and at L&T insurance she was Head – Marketing, Digital Sales and Customer Service.

Naair led Marketing, Digital, Analytics, Inventory Sales at Mahindra Holidays as Chief Marketing Officer. Both Digital & Inventory Sales saw tremendous growth under her leadership.

Based in Mumbai, Deepali has mentored MBA students at top management institutes. In the past, she has been on the marketing advisory council of SPJIMR, BITSoM, IIM Udaipur and Nirma University.
