A crucial hearing on the HLL ad claim, that its New-Pepsodent toothpaste brand delivers “102 per cent superiority “ over ordinary toothpastes, will come up before the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission (MRTPC) on December 8. Justice BM Lal will chair the MRTPC bench.
The hearing is critical as the Commission is likely to take a decision on the report submitted by an expert committee which was set up to look up the authenticity of the claim.
