Content marketing and media consultancy The Resource 24x7 has completed 14 years of operations and entered its 15th year, marking a journey built around an unconventional project-led business model rather than a permanent roster of clients.
Founded by media marketing professional Jayesh Asher in October 2012, The Resource 24x7 specialises in identifying subjects of editorial relevance, creating suitable media environments around them, and enabling relevant industry stakeholders to participate commercially.
Over the past 14 years, the consultancy has executed 95 special supplements, nine coffee table books, 13 television capsules and numerous events, working in association with leading media brands across print and television.
The consultancy operates as a channel partner with major media platforms and brings together editorial opportunities, institutional and industry stakeholders, content capabilities and commercial participation under a project-driven model.
Among its assignments over the years, two projects that remain particularly significant are those dedicated to the journey of advertising legend Piyush Pandey and “Logic of Logos”, both published in association with The Economic Times Brand Equity.
The Resource 24x7 works with a team of seasoned media marketing professionals comprising Nutan Sen, Shrikant Rai, Debashis Ganguly, Sameer Rajore and Pankaja Samant Desai . The content function is led by Raju Korti and Sairaj Iyer, while Vishwas Machivale, Nitin Sawant and Ashok Dhabade form the design team.
Commenting on the milestone, Jayesh Asher, Founder, The Resource 24x7, said: “Our journey has never been built around having a large permanent client portfolio. We have believed in identifying relevant subjects, creating credible editorial environments around them and bringing together media platforms and stakeholders who have a genuine reason to be part of that conversation. Completing 14 years reinforces our belief that a lean, relationship-driven and idea-led model can create sustained value.”
As it enters its 15th year, the consultancy is looking to evolve the model further. Alongside its traditional print and television offerings, The Resource 24x7 is exploring digital extensions to provide participating stakeholders with wider and longer-lasting visibility.
The team is also contemplating the creation of proprietary intellectual properties (IPs) in association with leading media brands, with the objective of building recurring platforms rather than relying entirely on individual project opportunities.
“Our next phase will be about combining what has worked for us over the last 14 years with a more structured IP-led approach. Traditional media will remain important to us, but digital extensions and long-term properties can provide the next level of growth,” Asher added.
The consultancy enters its 15th year with a focus on strengthening its media partnerships, creating scalable properties and continuing to identify opportunities at the intersection of content, institutions, industry and media.
