Multi-brand sampling platform Go Try, the brainchild of Vibgyor Brand Services, has been effectively using technology at its core to make the sampling process more intelligent, effective and streamlined.

Now in expansion mode, the platform plans to strengthen its presence in the leading metros. Dhruv Kalra, Director, Go Try shared, “Our kiosks will be present across the top metros by March 2013. We are already present in Delhi and Mumbai and will reach out to Bangalore and Hyderabad in the next two months. By March 2014, we plan to expand our presence to the top 10 cities so that we can offer our clients a pan-India reach for their sampling needs.”

Go Try started out with a pilot kiosk at Pacific Mall in Delhi NCR and then expanded to Mumbai at Oberoi Mall, Goregaon. The platform has already dispensed 1.2 lakh samples so far for over 35 leading brands such as Ponds, Vaseline, Quaker Oats, Dabur Real, Nivea, Comfort, Knorr, Hippo, Surf Excel, Tang, L’Oreal, Garnier Light, Pepsodent, Veet and Vanish. The platform claims to have a registered consumer base of 45,000 people, with more than 250 new users registering on a daily basis at each kiosk.

Go Try works as a one-stop solution for brands looking at sampling their products efficiently by providing the desired visibility and large scale sampling of their product at high footfall malls at a reasonable cost.

Kalra added, “Our vision is to change the way sampling is conducted in India – from the current scenario, where sampling is conducted largely in an unorganised manner, we would want to offer brands a precision sampling option, which is completely transparent and meets all their sampling objectives at a reasonable price point. We aspire to become the leader in the sampling business focusing on personal care, home care, and food & beverage sectors.”
