MSM Grad, part of global education and student mobility platform MSM Unify, has appointed Nitish Bharadwaj as Vice President of MSM Grad.

Bharadwaj is a seasoned business and growth leader with over a decade of experience in business transformation, revenue scaling and global expansion within the EdTech and professional education ecosystem. He has experience building effective organisations, improving profitability and scaling businesses in competitive markets.

Prior to joining MSM Grad, Nitish held senior leadership roles at Planet Spark. His experience spans end-to-end P&L ownership, revenue optimization, market expansion and the creation of data-driven sales, forecasting and performance frameworks that consistently delivered strong year-on-year growth.

His responsibilities will include driving scalable and profitable expansion, strengthening revenue engines and operational excellence, building high-impact teams and leadership pipelines and supporting MSM Unify’s broader vision of creating future-ready, outcome-oriented education pathways.
