Dream11 today completes its pivot away from pure play fantasy sports to becoming a global sports engagement platform. It has discontinued all prizes to focus only on sports content, live streaming, stats, scores, commentary, community, experiences, and social contests.
Dream11 will be transitioning to an AI-first platform, building a highly personalized experience for users based only on their favourite sports, leagues, teams and players. The platform will also be multi-sport, addressing a global gap and positioning itself as a single destination for sports fans worldwide.
Guided by its vision to Make Sports Better, the company will double down on building a vibrant, interconnected online global sports community. Everything a fan needs will now live on one platform: watch live matches, catch up on last weekend's race, dive into stats, book a Grand Slam experience, and compete with fellow fans and friends in social contests.
Speaking on the launch, Vaibhav Kokal, CEO of Dream11, said: "With 300 million users, Dream11 understands what a true sports fan really wants — not just the sport, but the community. Backed by the best tech talent in the country, we are now building an AI-first sports engagement platform, made in India, for the World."
