BharatPe has appointed Harshita Khanna as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, Khanna will lead BharatPe’s people strategy, focusing on building a strong performance-driven culture, enhancing leadership capabilities, and driving organization-wide transformation to support the company’s growth ambitions.
A strategic HR professional, Khanna brings over 18 years of experience across global organizations. Before joining BharatPe, she served as Chief People Officer at Home Credit India. She has also held leadership roles at Alcatel Lucent, CSC, and Aon Hewitt.
