With more than two decades of experience in television journalism, Sucherita has built a strong reputation as a news anchor and journalist. She began her media career with India TV, where she gained recognition for her impactful reporting and on-screen presence.
Later, she joined Republic Bharat, where she became a familiar face in Hindi news broadcasting. During her second stint with the channel, which began in 2019, she hosted the prime-time debate show Mahabharat and established herself as one of the leading anchors in the industry.
One of Sucherita's key strengths is her ability to anchor fluently in both Hindi and English. Her command of both languages has helped her connect with diverse audiences and handle a wide range of news formats with ease.
A graduate in English Literature from Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi, she combines strong academic credentials with extensive newsroom experience. Her contribution to journalism has also been recognised with the Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation Award for Excellence in Journalism.
