Criteo has named Edouard Dinichert as Chief Customer Officer, effective December 1, 2025. Based in New York City, he will report directly to CEO Michael Komasinski and oversee global sales and operations for Criteo’s Performance Media business.

Dinichert brings over 20 years of experience leading global revenue organizations that integrate creativity, data, and performance. He most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at TripleLift and was part of the three-member team leading the Office of the CEO from July 2024 to January 2025.

Earlier in his career, Dinichert spent more than 10 years at Amazon, where he launched and led Amazon Advertising in France and later built its global Ad Tech Sales & Services organization, covering Amazon DSP, Amazon Ad Server (formerly Sizmek), and Amazon Marketing Cloud adoption and growth. Collaborating closely with AWS and cross-functional teams, he developed privacy-aware solutions that integrated CRM, media, and analytics, while promoting API-first innovation with agencies and partners.
