Independent creative and media agency Enigma has appointed Jenna Russell as Executive Strategy Director, further bolstering the agency’s strategic capabilities and its mission to combine creativity, data and media to help brands connect with Australians in unignorable ways.


Originally from Newcastle, NSW, Russell returns home after almost 18 years in London, where she established a successful career as a creative and strategist. She joins Enigma’s Sydney office from the London-based B Corp agency Elvis, where she worked for over five years, most recently holding the position of Strategic Group Head.In that role, she spearheaded global brand strategies for leading clients including Mondelez (Cadbury, OREO, Philadelphia), Kimberly-Clark (Huggies), Greenpeace, and WaterAid, delivering purpose-driven campaigns that engaged audiences and generated measurable business growth.


Having previously held strategic and creative roles at Fall Off The Wall and Fox International Channels, Russell brings extensive experience in crafting ideas that blend cultural insight with commercial impact — a natural fit for Enigma’s vision to make brands truly unignorable.
