Randhir Singh, India's first shooting gold medallist in the Asian Games, passed away on Wednesday. He was 79.
The veteran sports administrator passed on Wednesday due to age-related ailments.
Singh is survived by his wife Vinita and three daughters.
He recently stepped down as the President of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) due to health issues.
Singh was elected for a four-year term in 2024 after his term as as Secretary General from 1991 to 2015.
