Google is intensifying its enterprise AI push with the launch of Gemini Enterprise, an all-in-one conversational AI platform designed to serve as the “front door for AI in the workplace.” This was announced by CEO Sundar Pichai and Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian at the Gemini at Work event. The platform brings Google’s most advanced AI models, including Gemini 2.5 Pro, Imagen, and Veo directly into enterprise workflows.

Priced at $30 per user per month, Gemini Enterprise aims to simplify how employees across departments interact with data and tools. Users can chat with their company’s documents and applications, build AI agents using a no-code workbench, and integrate with platforms like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and SAP.

Kurian described the platform as “a single front door through which people can chat with all enterprise data, search for information, and use agents to perform tasks.” Built with Model Armor protections and granular access controls, the system ensures that only authorized data is used by AI agents.

Real-world pilots are already demonstrating the impact of HCA Healthcare testing a Gemini-powered nurse handoff system expected to save millions of hours annually, while Best Buy has improved customer service efficiency through automated self-service solutions.

Gemini Enterprise also introduces multi-modal agents for video, voice, and data science including features like real-time translation in Google Meet and AI-generated video creation.

The launch positions Google in direct competition with Microsoft’s Copilot and OpenAI’s ChatGPT Enterprise, as the company seeks to make AI integration more seamless and scalable across industries. By blending powerful models with enterprise-grade security and usability, Gemini Enterprise could redefine how organizations collaborate, automate, and innovate in the AI-first era.
