Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Simon reflected on her journey with the company, describing Airtel as more than just a workplace. “After 16.6 unforgettable, electric years, I’m signing off from Airtel — a brand that’s been my heartbeat, my hustle, and my home. Today I sign off as the head of communications for consumer business in India.”
She added, “Airtel has always been pure dynamism: its pace, its rush, and the beautiful chaos of building something world-class every single day.”

Every sprint, every sleepless night, every breakthrough was powered by one thing: customer obsession.”
