At the 6th edition of the exchange4media PR & Corp Comm Women Achievers Summit and Awards 2025, held on May 21, 2026 at the Eros Hotel, the spotlight shone on two women leaders whose work has significantly shaped India’s public relations and corporate communications landscape.
In a special ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ category, the platform honoured Archana Jain with the ‘Lifetime Achievement in PR’ award, while Ritu Jhingon received the ‘Lifetime Achievement in Corp Comm’ honour.

Archana Jain, a pioneer leader, has spent over three decades building and transforming the PR ecosystem. Beginning her journey in 1990, at a time when the industry was still evolving, Jain played a key role in shaping the future of consumer public relations in the country.
In 1998, she founded PR Pundit Havas Red, taking a bold entrepreneurial leap when consumer PR was still an emerging space in India. Over the years, the agency grew into one of the country’s most recognised communications firms, known for its creativity, strategic insight, and people-first culture.
Her 34-year journey has been marked by innovation, reinvention, and a strong commitment to nurturing talent. Beyond building a successful agency, Jain has also been recognised for creating inclusive workplaces and mentoring generations of communications professionals. Her leadership style, rooted in integrity, compassion, and excellence, has left a lasting impact on the industry.
Ritu Jhingon was honoured for her extensive contribution to corporate communications, branding, journalism, and CSR over a career spanning more than three decades.
Currently serving as President, Anil Agarwal Foundation & Business Strategy, Jhingon has held leadership roles across organisations including Ogilvy, Hindustan Times Media Ltd., Cairn India and Vedanta Ltd..
She has been instrumental in driving communications and CSR initiatives, including Vedanta’s flagship social impact programme Nand Ghar, helping shape one of India’s most influential corporate responsibility narratives. Her work has consistently focused on community development, with special emphasis on women and children, while integrating social responsibility into core business philosophy.
