Arpit Garg has exited Weber Shandwick India, just months after joining the communications consultancy as President, Weber Shandwick India and Head of Weber Advisory India, exchange4media has learnt.
According to sources close to the development, Garg is set to return to Adfactors PR, the firm he had exited earlier this year to join Weber Shandwick.
A senior executive at Adfactors PR confirmed the development to exchange4media but declined to comment further on the nature of Garg’s new role or mandate within the company.
Garg had joined Weber Shandwick in January 2026 from Adfactors PR, where he spent over six years and was part of the firm’s senior leadership team, co-leading the Strategic Communications Group. His move to Weber Shandwick was seen as a significant leadership appointment for the agency’s India operations and advisory business.
A seasoned communications professional, Garg brings over two decades of experience across strategic communications, corporate reputation, crisis management, public affairs, and leadership advisory. Over the years, he has held senior roles at firms including Genesis BCW, Siemens, and Vaishnavi Corporate Communications.
