ZEE5 promotes Lloyd C Xavier to SVP of Marketing & Regional Business Head

Lloyd C Xavier has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing at ZEE5, alongside being entrusted with an expanded mandate as Business Head of Tamil & Malayalam. He shared the news on LinkedIn, describing the moment as both humbling and exciting.

“I’m humbled and thrilled to share that I’ve been promoted to Senior Vice President – Marketing and also entrusted with the additional responsibility of Business Head – Tamil & Malayalam at ZEE5,” he wrote.

Over the years, Xavier has spearheaded the marketing for over 100 plus titles, building a track record that blends creative vision with regional market fluency. His portfolio boasts a wide spectrum of high-impact titles: from RRR, HanuMan, and Vikkatakavi in Telugu, to Vikrant Rona, Max, and Ayyana Maane in Kannada, to Tamil successes like Ayali, Koose Munisamy Veerappan, Aayindham Vedham, Vikram, and Malayalam projects including Identity and MTV Nair Sir Manorathangal.

With this elevation, Xavier now leads ZEE5’s strategic and creative footprint across South India. Prior to his current role, he held leadership positions at ARHA, Network18, YuppTV, and Deloitte, amassing rich experience across media, digital platforms, and entertainment.
