  • WNNR has appointed Aroon Ramachandran as Vice President of Strategy and Growth to lead its gamified brand integration strategy.

WNNR has announced the appointment of Aroon Ramachandran as Vice President- Strategy and Growth. With over 17 years of expertise in advertising, brand and multi-category portfolio management, Ramachandran joins to spearhead WNNR’s gamified brand integration strategy.

Ramachandran has experience from agencies such as FCB Ulka, where he worked with brands including ICICI Bank, Jio Telecom, ASUS India, and WeWork, contributing to notable campaigns. His experience spans banking, FMCG, automobiles, and startups, winning multi-agency pitches for innovative brand identities.

In his new role, Aroon will lead WNNR’s brand strategy across India and key global markets, driving integrated campaigns for e-commerce, D2C, FMCG, and digital-first brands. He will be responsible for building and managing WNNR’s multi-brand portfolio of clients and helping build gamified brand assets.

Aroon will also oversee creative and media collaboration with agencies and publishers; shape launch playbooks for new products and partnerships to deliver business growth and revenue-focused outputs. His mandate includes driving thought leadership for WNNR around first-party data, gamification, and open-web engagement, while ensuring brand consistency and consumer insight-led storytelling across every touchpoint.
