Divya Kathuria has announced her new role at Publicis Groupe. She shared on LinkedIn that she has joined the company as Vice President – Learning, Capability Development and Talent Management.

She wrote: “I’m elated to share that I’ve joined Publicis Groupe on the cusp of its centennial celebrations! At a time when our industry is evolving faster than ever, I’m excited to be part of a Groupe that’s redefining creativity, technology and talent on a global scale. Speaking about her new responsibilities, Kathuria added, “In my role, I will be leading strategic efforts to strengthen our learning culture, accelerate capability development and empower our people to realise their fullest potential. As I onboard alongside the new campaign — “A Lion Never Gives Up” — I hope to bring that same spirit of courage, reimagination and resilience to my work every single day.”

Kathuria, an industry veteran with a career spanning global roles across media, technology, and consulting, was previously AVP – Learning, Organization Development and Talent Engagement at JioStar, a position she held for over three years.

Prior to that, she has worked with Viacom18 Media, EY and Mercer.
