Danone North America has announced that Linda Bethea, its Chief Marketing Officer, is leaving the company as part of a reorganisation of its marketing team, reports Adweek. According to the publication, her departure follows a wider management restructuring announced three months ago, in August.

Bethea joined Danone North America in late 2019 as Head of Marketing before being promoted to Chief Marketing Officer, a role she has held for nearly two years. Her exit comes as Danone prepares for a global reorganisation that, from 2026, will group the business into three regional divisions: EMEA, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas.

Bethea brings more than two decades of experience in leadership roles across the food and beverage sector. Prior to joining Danone, she served as Vice President of Marketing at Diageo for over three years.

Earlier in her career, she spent more than 10 years at PepsiCo, holding marketing, innovation, and sales roles across Frito-Lay and Pepsi Beverages.
