- Chinmaya Chikkamath has been appointed as the new General Manager of The Westin Resort & Spa, Himalayas.
- He has over 17 years of experience with Marriott International hotels in India, holding various leadership roles.
- Prior to this position, Chikkamath was General Manager at Marriott Suites Pune and has previously served as Director of Rooms at JW Marriott Hotel Pune and Director of Operations at Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi.
- In his new role, he aims to enhance guest experiences and foster a culture of innovation and excellence at the resort.
The Westin Resort & Spa, Himalayas, has announced Chinmaya Chikkamath as its new General Manager. He brings over 17 years of experience with Marriott International hotels in India.
Chikkamath started his career in hotel operations and has held several key leadership roles across top Marriott properties. He was Director of Rooms at JW Marriott Hotel Pune and later served as Director of Operations at Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi, where he focused on enhancing service quality, improving operational efficiency, and boosting guest satisfaction. In March 2023, he took on the role of General Manager at Marriott Suites Pune.
