  • Neetu Kashiramka has resigned as Managing Director of VIP Industries but will remain associated with the company until October 31, 2025.
  • Atul Jain has been appointed as Additional Director (Managing Director) for five years, effective September, bringing experience from roles at Samsung Electronics and other major firms.
  • Dilip Piramal has been named Chairman Emeritus, effective September 23, 2025, on an honorary basis, with no compensation or board membership.

VIP Industries’ Managing Director Neetu Kashiramka has resigned. She will continue to be associated with the company till October 31, 2025.  Atul Jain has been named an Additional Director (Managing Director) for a period of five consecutive years. The appointment is w.e.f September. The information has been shared by the company in a BSE filing.  

Atul Jain is alumnus of Indian Institute of Technologies (IIT)-Delhi and Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta. He is a pioneer in consumer durables and home electricals industry. He was Senior Director, at Samsung Electronics global Headquarters in South Korea, where he helped transform retail businesses in many countries and was instrumental in transforming the Samsung Electronics’ 15000 cr Consumer Durables biz with AI-like business digitisation and change management, to grow both topline and EBIDTA at faster than industry. In his last role he has also briefly led Aptech Ltd. and been in multiple sales and marketing roles at Coca-Cola, Godfrey Phillips India Ltd, Bharti Airtel etc.

Also, the firm appointed seasoned promoter Dilip Piramal as Chairman Emeritus, effective September 23, 2025, on an honorary lifetime basis. The company emphasized that Piramal will not receive any compensation and will not hold a seat on the board of directors. Considering the valuable contribution made by Dilip Piramal as Chairman of the Company, the Board appointed Dilip Pirmal as Chairman Emeritus of the Company with effect from September 23, 2025 for life on an honorary basis. No remuneration in any form whatsoever, is proposed to be paid to Dilip Piramal. He will not be a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, the company informed the BSE.
