Voltas names Mukundan Menon as Managing Director

Mukundan Menon has officially assumed the role of Managing Director at Voltas Limited, effective 1 September 2025.
Menon shared on LinkedIn: “As I step into this new chapter, I look forward to working closely with our talented teams to build on our legacy, pursue meaningful growth, and continue delivering value to all our stakeholders.”
Menon joined Voltas in July 2023 as Executive Director and Head of the Room Air Conditioner Business, a position he held for nearly two years.
Prior to joining Voltas, Menon held several senior leadership roles at Blue Star Limited over a tenure of nearly two decades. He joined the company in 2005 as Executive Vice President and later served as President, followed by President & COO.
Menon has also been serving as the President of the Refrigerator and Air Conditioning Manufacturing Association since January 2025.
