Jayanti Ganguly has taken on a new leadership role as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Home Centre India. She announced the development through a LinkedIn post, expressing her excitement about beginning this new chapter in her career.
With this appointment, Ganguly steps into the top role at the home retail brand, bringing her expertise and vision to drive the company’s growth and customer engagement.

Before joining Home Centre India, Jayanti Ganguly was associated with Myntra for over three years. During her tenure at the fashion and lifestyle e-commerce platform, she played a key role in shaping business strategy and category growth. Her last held position at Myntra was Vice President – Apparel & Footwear, where she oversaw one of the company’s most critical verticals, contributing significantly to its scale and performance.
Jayanti Ganguly is a seasoned professional with rich experience in the industry. In the past, she has led several key portfolios across Flipkart, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., and Nike, among others.
