Rohit Dogra has taken over as the Divisional CEO of Matches and Agarbatti Division at ITC. Before taking over as the head of ITC’s Matches and Agarbatti Division, Dogra was the Chief Operating Officer – Chocolate, Coffee & Confectionery Cluster at ITC Foods.
An ITC lifer, Dogra joined the behemoth in 2001 as an assistant under training and has worked himself up the ladder, working across various departments and verticals.
He has over 22 years of experience in sales and brand marketing across diverse categories in FMCG (Foods, Personal Care, Matches and Agarbatti), Education and Stationery Products and Tobacco. He was instrumental in designing the Go-To-Market strategies for multiple categories in the emerging channels such as Modern Trade, Ecommerce and Institutions and has worked on growing the sales of multiple categories since their inception.
Dogra takes over from Gaurav Tayal whose next move within ITC has yet to be announced. Dogra’s replacement at ITC Foods is also yet to be announced.
