McCann Worldgroup Japan has appointed Takashi Aoki as its new Representative Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The company announced the leadership change through a post on LinkedIn.
Aoki will officially take over the role on October 2, succeeding Ji Watson, who is stepping down to return to the United States and reunite with her family after spending several years in Asia.
Before this appointment, Aoki served as President of McCann Japan and Craft Japan, where he played an important role in driving business growth, strengthening collaboration across teams, and enhancing creative and operational capabilities.
