- Paramount Skydance Corporation has announced its CEO Leadership Team (CLT) following the anticipated acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, with David Ellison and Ynon Kreiz serving as Co-CEOs.
- The CLT will include leaders from both companies, all reporting directly to Ellison and Kreiz, who will focus on long-term strategy and day-to-day management, respectively.
- Andy Gordon, President of Skydance, will collaborate closely with the Co-CEOs and will also serve on the Board of Directors alongside them.
- The leadership aims to establish Skydance as a premier content provider, enhance its direct-to-consumer platform, and optimize its linear TV portfolio to compete effectively in the evolving entertainment market.
Paramount Skydance Corporation and CEO David Ellison and Co-CEO Ynon Kreiz have announced their CEO Leadership Team (CLT) expected to lead the combined company, to be named Skydance.
This is in the wake of the anticipated close of Paramount's acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery.
The CLT brings together leaders from both companies and each will report directly to the CEOs.
The CLT will be led by Ellison and Kreiz. While Ellison will focus on the company's long-term strategy, creative vision and direction, including its talent relationships, strategic partnerships, technology and capital allocation, Kreiz will focus on the company's day-to-day management and integration of the combined business.
Andy Gordon, President of Skydance, will work closely with both.
All three will also serve on the Board of Directors, with Ellison as Chairman.
