Simplilearn appoints Harish Rawat, Nikhil Sinha and Saurabh Jain to senior roles

Simplilearn has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of three senior professionals as part of its global expansion plans. Harish Rawat has joined as Senior Vice President – Marketing, Nikhil Sinha as Vice President – Business, and Saurabh Jain as Finance Controller.

Commenting on the development, Kashyap Dalal, Co-founder and COO of Simplilearn, said the rapid changes in the workplace, especially driven by AI, have made continuous learning essential. He added that as the company scales across markets, strengthening leadership in key areas like marketing, business growth, and finance is critical. He expressed confidence that the new leaders will play an important role in the company’s next phase of growth.

Harish Rawat brings over 18 years of experience in marketing. Before joining Simplilearn, he was SVP – Marketing at Gameskraft and earlier served as Chief Marketing Officer at Zoomcar. He has also worked with brands like Lenskart, Jabong, and Nokia India. He said he is excited to build on Simplilearn’s strong position in the upskilling space and focus on expanding its global brand and reaching more learners.

Nikhil Sinha comes with more than ten years of experience in fast-growing startups. He has held leadership roles at NoBroker and Toppr, and also founded a corporate meal delivery startup, Whomely. He said he looks forward to helping Simplilearn grow further and deliver more value to both learners and enterprise clients as demand for upskilling continues to rise.

Saurabh Jain has close to 20 years of experience in finance and operations. He most recently worked as Finance Controller at Kinara Capital and has previously held key roles at Udaan, Flipkart, Paytm, and Gadgets360. He said he believes in lifelong learning and is keen to strengthen financial systems at Simplilearn to support long-term and sustainable growth.
